Personally, I strive to carve out time for wellness, centring on the Couch to 5K program. Its accessibility, being free and adaptable, breaks age barriers, aligning with varied fitness levels. Couch to 5K manages expectations, fostering progress regardless of one's age or starting point.


 


Couch to 5K, also known as C25K, is a beginner-friendly running program designed to help individuals transition from a sedentary lifestyle to running a 5K (3.1 miles) over several weeks. The program gradually introduces intervals of running and walking, allowing participants to build up their endurance and strength. Its structured approach and flexibility make it an ideal choice for beginners and those aiming to improve their fitness levels in a manageable way.
